Shipping
Tracked shipping on every order. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout along with your delivery estimate.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are the buyer's responsibility.
The 100-Night Sleep Trial
Use your purchase for up to 100 nights from delivery. If you're not sleeping better, contact us within those 100 nights and send the item back for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene, earplugs and nasal dilators must be returned unopened.
How to claim
Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page with your order number. We'll send you the return details. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.
Damaged, faulty or lost orders
An order that arrived damaged, doesn't work, or never arrived? Contact us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll replace it or refund it. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit.
