These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this site and to any purchase from Twinkle ("Twinkle", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product use and safety

Use every product as described in its instructions and care label. Sleep accessories are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including sleep apnea. If you snore loudly, stop breathing in your sleep or have ongoing sleep problems, speak to a doctor. Keep small items such as earplugs and nasal dilators away from children. Electronic items should be charged and used as directed.

2. Orders and pricing

All orders are one-time purchases; nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and may change without notice. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

3. Shipping, returns and the trial

Shipping times and the 100-Night Sleep Trial are described on our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Images

Some images on this site are illustrations or AI-generated renders used to show products and how they are used, including before-and-after style illustrations. They are not photos of real customers or guaranteed results. Product colours and details may vary slightly.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Twinkle and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinkle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
